About the Messinger Room

The Messinger Room is located on the second floor of the 1857 Courthouse.

Room features:

  • Street parking
  • Elevator access
  • Outside garden area
  • Alcohol is allowed with appropriate permits
  • Round tables sit 6 to 8 people
  • 4' tall bistro tables

Museum tours included with weekday rentals.

Weekend Events

Friday-Sunday

​Includes: Set up and use of tables and chairs, AV screen, & Catering kitchen

Rental Pricing:

  • Messinger Room Rental: $1,000
  • 3rd Floor Balcony Rental: $300
  • Refundable Damage Deposit: $250
  • Rental Down Payment: $300

Weekday Events

Monday-Thursday

​Includes: Set up and use of tables and chairs, AV screen, & Catering kitchen

Rental Pricing:

  • Over 100 guests: $400
  • 50-100 guests: $300
  • Under 50 guests: $200
  • Refundable Damage Deposit: $250

Balance is due, along with damage deposit, 30 days prior to event. Security is required at all events. Refundable damage deposit for Young Adult events is $500
